I am terribly sorry for the delay, I promised you one post every single week but apparently my laptop just got infected by ransomware virus so I cannot use it for anything. But now let's begin our Blue Mental Health Bullet Journal The Series journey with a Mood Tracker. For those who might have never heard of it, I think it is very obvious from the name Mood Tracker, it's one of the most popular spread in bullet journal that we use to track our daily moods, or emotions, or feelings. As I began to write this post I started to wonder the difference between moods, emotions, and feelings. I thought maybe this could become handy before we continue this post, shall we? So, I did a little research (read: flooring question on WhatsApp group) about the difference, and if I'm not mistaken, this is the summary;

I was gone for about 5 months and now I hope I can start planning and journaling again. Is it weird that my comeback moment is on May as Mental Health Awareness month? I just realized it and it's pretty funny, I guess. My absence has something to do with that, and I promised you I'm about to create something new, right? Well, it's also have a connection with my new identity, I'm a Mental Health Bullet Journalist right now. Start from now on I'm gonna create a series of Bullet Journal about Mental Health, and because I'm so into blue I'm gonna named it Blue Mental Health Bullet Journal, waaaay too obvious, ya? Haha I actually hope that I don't have to begin this post with introduction like "Hi my name is Pinta and I've been struggling with bla bla bla, so I decide to fight my demons using Bullet Journal, I'm not a clinical psychologist or therapist but...bla bla bla..." stuff like that.
